Merchant FAQ

WISMO emails, abandoned checkout, and the Klaviyo / Gorgias overlap.

These are the questions a Shopify operator actually asks before they buy a night-shift install. Straight answers. $997 USD one-time. 72 hours after collaborator access. No earnings guarantees, no invented case studies, no “we replaced your helpdesk.” The long-form DIY playbook is the WISMO guide. Operator: Nico at Latch AI Ops.

WISMO means “Where is my order?” It is the most common post-purchase ticket on a live Shopify store. A customer paid, the packing slip is in a queue, the carrier scan is late, or the shipping notification never fired — so they email the store. If nobody is on shift, that email waits until the owner opens the inbox after close. Latch AI Ops does not promise to delete WISMO volume. The $997 install puts ops alerts in a channel you already check and a checkout-ready workflow on the store, so exceptions are not sitting in a tab you forgot to open. Clock starts when collaborator access is in, not at payment. 72 hours. One live store. The DIY playbook (shipping emails, status page, Flow alerts, one saved reply, native abandoned-checkout mail, no $500/mo stack) is at /wismo.

Shopify’s native recovery emails fire on abandoned checkout (customer reached checkout and left). Abandoned cart is earlier: items in cart, no checkout started. Many stores also run a Klaviyo flow on the same events. The usual failure is overlap (the customer gets two emails) or a gap (Shopify is on, Klaviyo is a draft, nobody owns the sequence). Latch’s checkout-ready workflow is not a $2,000–$5,000 Klaviyo flow rebuild and it is not a conversion guarantee. We connect the stack you already pay for and leave a checkout-ready workflow live at hour 72. We do not claim recovered revenue, a lift in checkout rate, or a percentage of carts saved. Step-by-step native setup is in the WISMO playbook at /wismo.

Klaviyo is marketing email and SMS. Gorgias is the helpdesk. They both touch the same customer. WISMO tickets live in Gorgias. Abandoned-checkout mail usually lives in Klaviyo (or Shopify’s own emails). The overlap is real: a late shipment can trigger a Klaviyo “your order is on the way” while the customer is already in Gorgias asking where it is. Latch does not rip either tool out. The $997 one-time install is lead capture, ops alerts, and a checkout-ready workflow on the store you already run. It is not a Klaviyo replacement, not a Gorgias implementation ($3,750+ is the public shop range), and not a support VA at $500–$800 a month. After handoff, the tools you already pay for keep running.

One plan. $997 USD, one-time, on Whop. Shopify AI Ops Install. Three systems live in 72 hours after collaborator access: lead capture on the store, ops alerts in a channel you already check, and a checkout-ready workflow. Access plus a delivery thread. Store URL collected at checkout. Not a SaaS seat, not a trial, not a monthly CRM, not a brand rebuild, not an ad campaign, not a catalog migration. No invented case studies. Latch AI Ops has not published customer proof because there are no customers yet.

When collaborator access is in on a live Shopify store — not when you pay. Payment gets you access plus a delivery thread. If access is delayed, we wait. We do not take owner passwords. You can revoke access after handoff.

Nico at Latch AI Ops. Delivery happens in a thread with a named operator, not a ticket queue. United States offer. Checkout is handled by Whop.

No. This page does not promise earnings, ticket-volume cuts, or a recovered-checkout rate. Market ranges on the home page are public pricing for other shops’ work, not testimonials. You are buying a 72-hour install of three systems on one live store, not an outcome.
