Playbook · Shopify pickup availability blank

Admin has pickup stock. The PDP widget is empty.

Written for a Shopify owner whose pickup availability is blank — Available for pickup at… widget mounts empty, no location rows, white BOPIS slot on the product page — or you chased checkout local pickup missing, carrier pickup points, or a blank store-locator map instead. DIY-first: prove PDP widget / location inventory / storeAvailability / app cache → repair → retest. Distinct from local pickup not showing and pickup points not showing. Soft-link store locator blank when the find-a-store map is the leftover gap. Soft-link multi-location inventory wrong when location stock sync is the leftover gap. No earnings claims, no invented case studies.

01

Pickup availability blank — not local pickup missing, not pickup points.

Several “pickup / BOPIS / location” bugs look alike. They do not share a fix. This page is only when a product-page pickup availability / Available for pickup at… widget mounts and stays blank or empty — no location names — despite inventory at a pickup-enabled location. Checkout local pickup / BOPIS option missing is still shopify-local-pickup-not-showing. Carrier pickup points missing at checkout is shopify-pickup-points-not-showing.

Soft-check shopify-store-locator-blank when the find-a-store map is the leftover gap, and soft-link multi-location-inventory-wrong when POS / location stock sync is the leftover gap — not when the PDP pickup-availability list itself is empty.

02

Prove PDP widget vs admin location inventory vs Storefront storeAvailability vs app cache.

On Current theme (not a draft), open the PDP with the blank pickup-availability slot in incognito. Soft-check Admin Settings → Shipping and delivery → Local pickup location enabled. Soft-check Products → variant Inventory quantity at that pickup location. Soft-check theme section / app block for pickup-availability / storeAvailability. Soft-check Network for empty Storefront storeAvailability / locations responses. Soft-check App embeds not caching empty results. Soft-check Markets / channel. Soft-check mobile vs desktop. Soft-check you did not test checkout BOPIS missing, carrier pickup points, or store-locator map instead.

Capture: page URL + variant, screenshot of blank widget vs admin location inventory, Local pickup toggle state, App embeds toggle, and mobile/desktop settings on Current.

03

Repair theme section / location pickup enable / inventory / app cache; retest.

On Current, soft-check pickup-availability section / app block enabled on the product template. Soft-check the location has Local pickup turned on and inventory assigned to that location for the variant (not only a warehouse the storefront should ignore). Soft-check App embeds refresh after inventory change. Soft-check CSS not hiding the location list while an empty shell remains. Soft-check buyer location / postal filter if the widget scopes by distance. Soft-check mobile/desktop. Publish Current, hard-refresh desktop and phone.

Honest retest: location names and pickup availability render on the PDP — not only Network 200 without UI. Soft-link shopify-local-pickup-not-showing when checkout BOPIS is the leftover gap. Soft-link shopify-pickup-points-not-showing when carrier pickup points are the leftover gap. Soft-link shopify-store-locator-blank when the find-a-store map is the leftover gap.

04

You tested local pickup missing, pickup points, or store locator instead.

Checkout local pickup / BOPIS option missing is still shopify-local-pickup-not-showing. Carrier pickup points missing at checkout is shopify-pickup-points-not-showing. Find-a-store / map page empty is shopify-store-locator-blank. Multi-location / POS stock not syncing is multi-location-inventory-wrong.

The only honest test for this page: the PDP pickup-availability widget shows location names and availability for a variant that has inventory at a pickup-enabled location — while checkout BOPIS / pickup points / store-locator paths may still work.

When to stay DIY vs pay $997.

Stay DIY if you can spend one afternoon on the list above: prove PDP widget vs location inventory vs storeAvailability vs app cache, soft-check apps, repair, retest. That is the whole playbook. No agency required. Short answers also live on the merchant FAQ. Related pages: local pickup not showing, pickup points not showing, store locator blank.

Pay for help when the work is not the pickup-availability-blank wiring itself — it is connecting the stack you already have so storefront / fulfillment / pickup-availability-blank exception alerts land in a channel you already check, and the live store is one workflow instead of a spreadsheet plus a Slack bot you forgot. That is the Latch AI Ops install.

What $997 USD one-time buys: lead capture on the live store, ops alerts in a channel you already check, and a checkout-ready workflow. 72 hours after collaborator access, not after payment. One live Shopify store. Access plus a delivery thread. Store URL collected at checkout. Not a SaaS seat, not a theme rebuild retainer, not a conversion guarantee, not a brand or theme job.

Other shops' public ranges, not testimonials: a checkout / ops install typically runs $500–$2,500. A full ops consulting block typically runs $2,000–$5,000. $997 is the cheap end of that work, sold as a 72-hour install of three systems — not as an earnings number or conversion-lift claim.

What it does not buy: more orders, recovered revenue, a forever pickup-availability-blank guarantee, or a case study. Latch AI Ops has not published customer proof because there are no customers yet. You are buying the install.

Checkout is on Whop. Operator is Nico. United States offer. You can revoke collaborator access after handoff. We do not take owner passwords.
