Several “PDP tabs broken” bugs look alike. They do not share a fix. This page is only when tab / accordion labels are visible and the open panel is empty — whitespace, missing description HTML, unbound metafield, blank reviews placeholder. Tabs that never mount is shopify-product-tabs-not-showing.
Soft-check shopify-product-faq-not-showing when a dedicated FAQ accordion never mounts, shopify-product-reviews-not-showing when the reviews widget is missing entirely (not just blank inside a tab), shopify-metafields-not-showing-on-storefront when metafields fail outside tabs too, and shopify-size-guide-not-opening when the size guide accordion/drawer stays closed.

Prove tab block content source vs metafield vs app widget.
Open a live PDP on a real phone (or DevTools mobile width). Soft-check Description / Shipping / Reviews / Care tab labels exist and open — if labels are absent, switch to shopify-product-tabs-not-showing. Soft-check Customize → product JSON template for Product tabs / Collapsible content / app blocks: each block's content source (product.description, rich text, metafield dynamic source, app block). Soft-check Admin → product → Metafields for the namespace/key the tab expects. Soft-check the Reviews tab for a Judge.me / Loox / Okendo / Stamped app block vs an empty placeholder. Soft-check DevTools: open panel node has real HTML or was emptied; check display / height / overflow hiding text.
Capture: which tabs are blank, content source setting per tab, metafield namespace/key and whether Admin shows a value, review app embed on/off, and any console errors on tab click.

Bind content sources, fix empty metafields / app blocks; retest.
Point each blank tab at a real content source — product description for Description, filled metafield or rich text for Shipping / Care, review app block for Reviews. Fill empty metafields or fix the wrong namespace/key. Re-add the reviews app block inside the Reviews tab if the storefront widget never mounts there. Remove custom JS that clears panel innerHTML on tab change; fix CSS that sets height 0 / overflow hidden on the open panel. Publish Current theme, hard-refresh, open every tab on mobile and desktop across a few products (including one with short description and one with long).
Honest retest: tabs still mount; each open panel shows real copy or the review widget; switching tabs does not wipe content. Soft-link shopify-product-reviews-not-showing when the Reviews tab is bound but the reviews app is blank storewide. Soft-link shopify-metafields-not-showing-on-storefront when metafields fail outside tabs too. Soft-link shopify-product-faq-not-showing when a separate FAQ accordion is the leftover gap.
