In incognito on the live primary domain, open the footer or popup newsletter form. Does submit do nothing? Soft-check Theme → Footer / Newsletter section enabled and published. Soft-check Shopify Forms newsletter block or App embed on the live theme. Soft-check Klaviyo / Omnisend form ID and list destination. Soft-check Customer Privacy / marketing consent so email capture is allowed in that Market. Soft-check spam / CAPTCHA silently rejecting real emails. Soft-check CSS / popup apps that hide the submit button or intercept /contact / customer create posts.

Restore the theme newsletter section or Forms newsletter block and Publish. Reconnect the Klaviyo / Shopify Email list destination. Adjust Customer Privacy marketing consent and CAPTCHA. Disable conflicting popup or CSS one at a time. Hard-refresh on desktop and phone.

Honest retest: a real email submits, shows success, and appears as marketing-subscribed in Customers or the ESP list.
