Playbook · Shopify wholesale catalog hidden
Wholesale catalog / price list hidden from company buyers — assortment never publishes to the location.
Written for a Shopify Plus B2B owner whose wholesale catalog or price list is hidden from company buyers or not published to a company location — catalog Draft / unpublished, catalog not assigned to the company location, buyer attached to the wrong location, conflicting default catalog hiding wholesale SKUs, or you chased B2B company location pricing wrong, wholesale payment terms wrong, product publish not syncing, or quantity breaks not showing instead. DIY-first: prove catalog → publication / location assignment → buyer retest. Distinct from B2B company location pricing wrong, wholesale payment terms wrong, product publish not syncing, and quantity breaks not showing. Soft-link B2B catalog not showing when the broader company catalog product set is missing for logged-in buyers, and B2B catalog prices wrong when the catalog is visible but dollar amounts are wrong. No earnings claims, no invented case studies.

01
Wholesale catalog / price list hidden — not wrong location prices, payment terms, product publish, or quantity breaks.
Several B2B symptoms can look like “wholesale is broken.” They do not share a fix. This page is only when a wholesale catalog or price list should be visible to company buyers at a company location and is hidden, unpublished, or unassigned — empty wholesale assortment, DTC-only products after company login, or “no catalog” for that location. Wrong prices on a catalog that already shows for one location is shopify-b2b-company-location-pricing-wrong. Net 30/60 / payment terms wrong or missing at B2B checkout is shopify-wholesale-payment-terms-wrong. Online Store / Shop / custom channel product publish status not syncing is shopify-product-publish-not-syncing. Quantity breaks / volume discount / Buy X Get Y not showing is shopify-quantity-breaks-not-showing.
Soft links when the bug is adjacent: broader B2B company catalog products not showing for logged-in buyers is b2b-catalog-not-showing. Catalog visible but price list dollars wrong is shopify-b2b-catalog-prices-wrong. This playbook stays on wholesale catalog / price list expected for company location → hidden or not published → buyer never sees the wholesale assortment.
02
Prove catalog publication, company location assignment, and buyer login.
Open Settings → B2B / Companies (or Catalogs / Price lists in your admin). Open the wholesale catalog or price list you expect buyers to see. Note Published vs Draft / unpublished. List every company location the catalog is assigned to. Confirm included products and whether a default / retail catalog is also assigned and may override or empty the wholesale view.
Reproduce as the company buyer: correct customer attached to the company, correct company location selected, logged into the storefront or customer accounts B2B context. Screenshot admin assignment vs buyer view. Note empty collection, missing SKUs, or DTC list prices when wholesale should appear — that is publication / assignment, not a pricing math bug.
Soft-check: if the catalog is visible but one location shows the wrong dollar amounts, leave this page and use shopify-b2b-company-location-pricing-wrong. If Net terms are wrong, use shopify-wholesale-payment-terms-wrong. If Online Store publish is the issue for DTC, use shopify-product-publish-not-syncing. If volume tiers never mount, use shopify-quantity-breaks-not-showing.
03
Repair publication and location assignment — then retest as the company buyer.
Publish the wholesale catalog / price list. Assign it explicitly to the company location(s) that should see it. Detach or reorder conflicting default catalogs that hide wholesale SKUs for that location. Confirm included products are on the catalog and eligible for B2B purchase (not blocked only for Online Store while the company context expects a different publication set).
Fix buyer attachment: company contact linked to the right company and location, location permissions allow catalog browsing, no stale session on an old location. Re-login the buyer after assignment changes. If products exist on the catalog in admin but never appear after publish + assignment, check for app / custom storefront filters that drop B2B-only publications — then retest on a stock Online Store theme as a control.
Retest: company buyer login → correct location → wholesale catalog products and price list visible → sample add-to-cart at wholesale price. Soft notes: wrong dollars belong on shopify-b2b-company-location-pricing-wrong. Payment terms belong on shopify-wholesale-payment-terms-wrong. Channel publish belongs on shopify-product-publish-not-syncing. Quantity breaks belong on shopify-quantity-breaks-not-showing.

When to stay DIY vs pay $997.
Stay DIY if you can spend one afternoon on the list above: prove Published vs Draft, assign the catalog to the company location, fix buyer location attachment, control- test conflicting default catalogs, retest one company buyer through to a visible wholesale assortment. That is the whole playbook. No agency required. Short answers also live on the merchant FAQ. Related pages: location pricing, payment terms, product publish, quantity breaks.
Pay for help when the work is not the catalog toggle itself — it is connecting the stack you already have so B2B / catalog / company-buyer exceptions land in a channel you already check, and the live store is one workflow instead of a spreadsheet plus a Slack bot you forgot. That is the Latch AI Ops install.
What $997 USD one-time buys: lead capture on the live store, ops alerts in a channel you already check, and a checkout-ready workflow. 72 hours after collaborator access, not after payment. One live Shopify store. Access plus a delivery thread. Store URL collected at checkout. Not a SaaS seat, not a theme rebuild retainer, not a conversion guarantee, not a brand or theme job.
Other shops’ public ranges, not testimonials: a checkout / ops install typically runs $500–$2,500. A full ops consulting block typically runs $2,000–$5,000. $997 is the cheap end of that work, sold as a 72-hour install of three systems — not as an earnings number or conversion-lift claim.
What it does not buy: more orders, recovered revenue, a forever catalog-visibility guarantee, or a case study. Latch AI Ops has not published customer proof because there are no customers yet. You are buying the install.
Checkout is on Whop. Operator is Nico. United States offer. You can revoke collaborator access after handoff. We do not take owner passwords.
