Six ordinary reasons the Shop Pay wallet button never appears: Settings → Payments Shop Pay still off for that market; theme product / cart section has Show dynamic checkout buttons / accelerated checkout unchecked; buyer region or currency is not Shop Pay eligible; product type (gift card, certain subscriptions, draft / unavailable) blocks Shop Pay wallet; theme CSS or an app overlay hides .shopify-payment-button; you tested Installments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a Payment Customization Function instead of the express wallet row. Walk them in that order. You already pay for Shopify Payments. You do not need another wallet SaaS to prove the Shop Pay accelerated button.

Open Settings → Payments and confirm Shopify Payments with Shop Pay enabled for the market you are testing. Open a live product page and the cart in a clean private window from an eligible buyer region. Note whether Add to cart still works while the Shop Pay accelerated / wallet button row is absent. In the theme editor, open the product buy-buttons / cart section and note Show dynamic checkout buttons / accelerated checkout. If Installments messaging is missing at checkout while the express wallet may still show, leave for Shop Pay Installments missing. If only Safari Apple Pay is missing, open Apple Pay not showing. If only Chrome Google Pay is missing, open Google Pay not showing. Stay here only while Shop Pay is enabled in Payments and the accelerated wallet button still never renders on PDP or cart.

Turn on Settings → Payments → Shop Pay if it is off for that market. In Online Store → Themes → Customize, enable Show dynamic checkout buttons / accelerated checkout on the product form and cart sections (and publish). Confirm Markets currency and country are Shop Pay eligible for the buyer you are testing. Skip gift-card-only carts, certain subscription selling plans, or unavailable variants that block Shop Pay wallet. Inspect theme CSS and app embeds for rules that set display:none on .shopify-payment-button or the accelerated checkout container.
