Align the post-purchase checkout extension / one-click upsell app: reinstall or re-authorize scopes; place the extension on the post-purchase target Shopify documents (not a checkout UI block during payment); publish the checkout profile after edits; confirm offer eligibility (product, Markets, currency, min cart) so a test order actually qualifies.
